Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to already be divorced to participate in this program?

NOT NECESSARILY! This program is open to both divorced AND divorcing women. It matters LESS about where you are in the healing process and MORE about whether you are ready to put the work in to start healing and creating your new life!

I got divorced a while ago, but I'm still struggling to move on and rebuild. Can I still join this program?

100% YES! It doesn't matter if you got divorced last week, last month, last year or TEN years ago. If you're still struggling to move on, then this is absolutely the program for you!

What is the time commitment for this program?

I know we're all short on time, but I'm estimating 15-30 minutes per day (if you're putting in the work to practice the new mindset strategies and build new habits) PLUS the 1x/week group coaching calls.

What happens if I can't make it to the group coaching calls?

Can't make it to one of the weekly group coaching calls LIVE? NO PROBLEM! All coaching calls are recorded and will be available for replay when YOU have the time to watch it!

How long will I have access to the private Facebook group?

The private Facebook group will go LIVE on the Friday before the program begins, and will be open for 4 weeks after the program ends. That way, if you fall behind (because let's face it...life happens), you still have 4 additional weeks to watch the videos and complete the coursework.
